However, it can be difficult to know where to start.

I spent the first ten years of my working life in Commercial Insurance and practising as a Solicitor. As a Neurodivergent person, I am therefore acutely aware of matching the needs of a business with the needs of the individual. I understand, and have experienced, the potential barriers to businesses creating an informed and inclusive environment.

Having retrained as a Psychotherapist and ADHD Coach, I see first hand the impacts a negative workplace can have on individual employees and service-users. I am passionate about promoting positive work spaces which benefit everyone.

With my commercial experience, psychological training and personal enthusiasm, I hope that we can work together to build awareness, empowerment and fulfilment in your workspace.
